These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VantageU website and any related services, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”), including any purchases you make through our store.

4) ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including to prevent fraud or pricing/stock errors.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at clink.coms@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or fulfillment has started.

5) PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Prices may change without notice.
Taxes, shipping charges, and any import/customs fees are calculated and/or displayed at checkout where applicable, and may vary by destination.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

6) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss for consumer orders transfers to you when you (or a person you designate) receive the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Our store is powered by Shopify, and we may use third-party tools or services (for payments, analytics, shipping, etc.). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

15) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VantageU from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

16) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
