REFUND POLICY (VantageU)
We want you to feel confident ordering from VantageU. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly and fairly.
1) RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2) ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed and free of odors/stains
- with tags attached (if applicable)
- in the original packaging (where possible)
You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
3) HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return request, email us at: support@vantageunveiled.com
Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for return
- photos (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
If your return is approved, we’ll reply with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first—unapproved returns may not be accepted.

5) RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Change-of-mind / sizing / preference returns: return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Wrong item or defective/damaged item: we will cover the cost of reshipment or provide an appropriate resolution after review.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
6) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at clink.coms@gmail.com as soon as possible with clear photos so we can make it right.
7) EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not returnable:
- gift cards
- final sale items (where clearly marked)
- personalized/customized items (where clearly marked)
If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, email us before returning it.
8) EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
9) EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at support@vantageunveiled.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Items must be returned in the same condition described in Section 2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
10) REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
