1) PROCESSING / PRODUCTION TIME
We prepare each item after you place your order. Processing times vary by product type and season (peak periods can take longer).

2) SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.

3) DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. All delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs, or events outside our control.

4) TRACKING
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).

5) MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes multiple items, it may arrive in more than one package depending on fulfillment and carrier routing.

6) CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7) ADDRESS ACCURACY

8) LOST / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@vantageunveiled.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue in line with carrier processes and your consumer rights.
